Patient Concerns. We truly hope you are pleased with your care and stay at ProMedica Russell J. Ebeid Children's Hospital. If for any reason your concerns or needs are not addressed, please request to speak to the unit director (or his or her representative), or another staff member. If your questions or concerns are still not addressed, please contact the hospital operator by dialing 0 and ask to speak with the administrative supervisor. Additionally, because your loved ones know you best, they may notice changes that should be brought to the attention of caregivers. Your family should contact the unit director or administrative super if:
- There is any change in your condition that has not been recognized by the health care team.
- They have questions or concerns about care that have not been answered.
- They have reported a change in your condition that they feel is not being addressed.
