Paying Your Bill
You'll receive a statement from ProMedica Memorial Hospital a few weeks after you leave our hospital. Payment is then due for all co-pays, deductibles, and services not covered by your insurance.

What’s included in your hospital bill? Your hospital bill typically includes the cost of your:
- Special services such as physical or respiratory therapy
- Medical or surgical procedures
- Nursing care
What’s not included in your hospital bill? The statement you receive from us will not include professional services such as your physician, surgeon, anesthetist, or any other consultants. You’ll receive separate statements from these professional offices.
Is financial assistance available? Medically necessary services are available to everyone, regardless of your ability to pay. If you can’t pay your bill, payment plans and other options are available to those who qualify.
