Make sure to leave anything you don’t need, especially valuables, at home. Store any personal items you bring in a safe place while you aren’t using them, since we cannot be responsible for any lost or broken personal items.
How can you learn more about your procedure? Knowledge is important to good health. Your medical team will give you details about your procedure, how to prepare, and what to expect after. You can also get information about your medical procedure through our online health resource, Emmi®. If your ProMedica Physicians provider gives you an access code, learn about your procedure with Emmi®.
Can family members stay with you? Your family members are welcome to use the sleeper sofa included in every room. Your family is also eligible to receive a discount at area hotels. Ask your nurse or another staff member for a list of area hotels.
Can you make and receive calls from your room? Local calls are free, but you're responsible for any long-distance calls you place. Your room’s phone number is labeled on the phone. Calls can also be transferred to you from the main hospital phone number at 419-332-7321.
