Paying Your Bill
When it’s time to pay your hospital bill, you need easy-to-follow information. Here’s what you want to know.
Your billing statement will arrive within a few weeks of your discharge. You can mail your payment to the address on the statement, or pay your ProMedica bill online with our easy payment system.
What’s included in your hospital bill? Expect your statement to include the cost of your:
- Medical or surgical procedures
- Special services such as physical or respiratory therapy
- Nursing care
What’s not included? The statement you receive from us will not include the services of the doctors and other medical professionals who cared for you, such as your physician, surgeon, anesthetist, or other consultants.
