You’re free to park in any spot not designated as reserved. Handicapped-accessible spaces are available near all entrances. Additional parking is available on the opposite side of Van Buren Street.

During Your Stay
How can you make and receive calls? Your room is equipped with a telephone. You may make local calls for free at any time; long distance calls will be charged to you.
Can you use a cell phone? Cell phones may be used in all public areas of the hospital. This includes hallways, lobbies, waiting areas, and the cafeteria.
Can special dietary needs be accommodated? Our Nutrition Services team is happy to meet your special dietary needs. You’ll choose your meals and snacks from a restaurant-style menu. We'll deliver your food through room service whenever you’d like. Please call 419-436-6826 to let us know about any doctor-ordered restrictions or any personal or religious dietary needs.
What television services will you have? Each room has a television provided free of charge. A channel guide is also available in your room.
How can you learn more about your procedure? Discuss your procedure with your doctor and medical team. You may also have the option to explore information about your treatment through our online resource, Emmi®. Ask your ProMedica Physicians provider for an access code. Communication, Support, and Advocacy
Can you get an interpreter? Interpreters are available free of charge for patients and families. Please ask your nurse or the admitting clerk to request this service. Call 419-436-6632. Download our interpreter services policy statement here.
