Information desk. Located at the main entrance. Information desk representatives are available to direct you. Or call 419-824-1101.
ATM. An ATM is located on the ground floor in the INN Between Cafeteria.
Cafeteria and food services. The dietary department at our INN Between Cafeteria prepares healthy and enjoyable meals for patients and visitors. We also provide for special dietary needs due to medical, religious, cultural, or personal reasons. Call 419-824-1444.

Gift shop. Located on the first floor of the Medical Office Building I, 5300 Harroun Road. Proceeds benefit services and projects for our patients and their families. Call 419-824-1200.

Noon to 4 p.m., Saturday
Library. Our medical library is for patients and their families, doctors, nurses, students, health care personnel, and community members. We provide access to a wide range of books, journals, educational materials, and computers with Internet access.
Our library is located on the main floor, adjacent to the information desk, and is open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Call 419-824-1403.
Mail and postage stamps. Mail and flowers are delivered daily to our patients in their rooms. Any mail received after discharge will be forwarded to the patient’s home address. Postage stamps can be purchased in the gift shop and U.S. Postal Service mailboxes are located throughout the hospital.
Newspapers. Newspapers are found outside the INN Between Cafeteria and on the first floor outside our gift shop.
Pastoral care services. Pierce Memorial Chapel is located at the front entrance of ProMedica Flower Hospital on the first floor. A member of our local clergy is available to facilitate coping with the many facets of illness and recovery. Call 419-824-1801. .
Smoking Policy. ProMedica Flower Hospital is tobacco-free, both indoors and outdoors.
Telephone service and cell phones. Patients can receive incoming phone calls from 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Outgoing calls can be made at any time. Patients can place local outgoing calls at no charge; long-distance calls are charged. Cell phones may be used anywhere throughout the hospital, unless the area is specified as restricted.
Television. Television service is free of charge to patients, and channel guides are available in each room.
