Is WiFi available? Yes. Wireless Internet is available throughout the hospital’s public and patient areas.
Can you use your cell phone in the hospital? Yes, in any public areas of our hospital, including hallways, lobbies, public waiting areas, and the cafeteria. Cell phones are not allowed within six feet of medical equipment or in non-public, restricted areas such as the lab, intensive care units, surgery, and recovery.
A public telephone is located on the first floor near the main entrance.
Where is the ATM? An ATM is located on the first floor of our hospital near the information desk.
Where can you get something to eat? The Café is located on the lower level of the hospital. We’re open for breakfast Monday through Friday from 7:00 – 10 a.m. and daily for lunch from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. View the Café weekly menu.
Vending machines are also located near the entrance of the Café, as well as the emergency room waiting area.
Where can you buy gifts? Our hospital gift shop is located next to the information desk on the first floor by the main entrance. Choose from gifts, cards, candy, flowers, seasonal collectibles, and personal items. Gift shop hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Saturday and 12 p.m. to 4 p.m., Sunday. Call us at 517-279-5470.
Is there a chapel in the hospital? Yes. The chapel is open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., daily. The chapel is located on the main level between the main lobby and visitor elevator.
Where can you smoke? We’re committed to a healthy environment, so smoking and all other forms of tobacco use are not allowed inside the hospital or anywhere on the grounds. This policy applies to all employees, volunteers, physicians, patients, and visitors.
