Paying Your Bill
Shortly after your visit, you’ll receive a statement with your total amount owed. You can mail your payment to the address listed on your statement. Or use our convenient online bill pay service to make payments, check your balance, and update your contact information.
What’s included in your bill?
- Special services such as physical or respiratory therapy
- Medical or surgical procedures
- Nursing care
What about the doctors and specialists? When you receive treatment, you benefit from the expertise of a number of professionals. Your statement from our hospital won’t include the services of your doctor, anesthetist, surgeon, or any other consultants who cared for you. Separate payments to the individual physician offices may be necessary.
Is financial assistance available? We care for all members of our community, regardless of your ability to pay. Basic, medically-necessary services are provided free of charge to eligible patients. Discounts and payments plans may also be available. Apply for financial assistance at ProMedica.
