Pharmacy Residency - Toledo
Applications for the 2020-2021 year will be accepted beginning fall 2019 using PhORCAS. All applicants must register for the Match-ASHP Resident Matching Program and submit an application through the PhORCAS website. The deadline for applications and all special requirements for acceptance is Thursday, January 2, 2019.

Requirements for Application
Doctor of Pharmacy degree
Eligible to practice pharmacy in the state of Ohio and attain licensure no later than September 1st of the residency year. Licensure at the start of residency is preferred.
