The first 90 days of your employment are called the introductory period.
The introductory period gives you an opportunity to determine whether or not the position meets your expectations and your supervisor the opportunity to determine whether or not the position is compatible with your skills and if you are able to adhere to ProMedica's Mission and Values. Employment at ProMedica is at-will and neither the employee nor the organization has entered into any employment contract, expressed or implied.

Please note: You will be asked to commit to your current position for a specified period of time following the completion of department orientation before submitting a transfer application for other positions.

- Many business units produce e-newsletter that are sent to employees via e-mail to make sure they know about business-unit specific events and programs. Schedules vary by business unit.
