The program includes one-on-one coaching by a health educator. Lifesteps
Taught by a registered dietitian, Lifesteps® Weight Management Program helps you develop a personal weight loss plan. The 12-week program includes group sessions where you receive information, support and guidance about food, nutrition, exercise, and behavior modification. This program is offered at ProMedica St. Luke’s Hospital in Maumee.

Healthy Weigh
ProMedica Wildwood Athletic Club offers Healthy WeighSM, a nutrition and exercise program taught by professional health instructors. Each weekly session includes a weigh-in, bodymetrics, 30-minute nutrition lesson, 30-minute exercise class, and a challenge.

Zonya Foco’s DIET FREE
Zonya Foco’s DIET FREE is a self-guided, web-based program that focuses on eight habits to help participants lose weight, improve energy and lower cholesterol, blood sugar or blood pressure. The 10-week program includes a helpful DIET FREE kit, online seminars that can be viewed at your convenience, and continuous support from a registered dietitian. Screenings are done at the beginning and end of the program so you can see the results.
