Services
The ProMedica Executive Health Program is comprised of a wide array of services and can be tailored to meet your needs and goals. Our physicians will review your health profile and make service recommendations based on your age, medical history, family history, or current conditions. Below is a list of what your personal health exam may include.
Personal Consultation
Your day will start with a one-on-one consultation with your Executive Health physician. You will discuss your personal and family health history and go over any questions or concerns you may have. Then your comprehensive exam and testing will begin. At the end of your day, you’ll once again meet with your physician to review test results and recommendations to keep you healthy and well. Following your exam, a detailed summary report will be mailed to your home.
Complete Physical Exam
A comprehensive physical examination will be conducted to check your respiratory, cardiovascular, endocrine, musculoskeletal, skin, breast, neurological, prostate, hematologic, lymphatic, allergic and immunologic systems. A pulmonary function test and hearing screening will also be conducted.
Comprehensive Laboratory Screenings
Blood tests and urinalysis will be conducted with over 70 results Including CBC, CMP, Liver, HgA1C, lipids, iron, Vitamin D and B12, PSA, hormone panel, and urinalysis. Your physician will go over these results with you and determine if any further testing is needed.
Cardiovascular Exam
Depending on your age, health and family history, your visit may include a full cardiovascular exam, which may include a resting EKG, treadmill stress test and/or a heart imaging test know as a coronary computed tomography angiogram (CTA).
Additional Screenings
Your physician may recommend other specific screenings to test for certain cancers or diseases. These tests may include a chest X-ray, mammogram, prostate exam, pelvic exam, or bone density screening.
Fitness Evaluation
During your visit, you will meet with a certified personal trainer and undergo a complete fitness assessment. In addition, you will receive a one-month membership to ProMedica Wildwood Athletic Club, as well as two, one-hour personal training sessions.
Nutrition Evaluation
Because so much of your health depends on what you eat, a full nutrition evaluation is included as part of our services. Your evaluation will include consultation with a registered dietitian, a three-day diet analysis and a detailed report with recommendations.
Other Services Available
Other services provided by the Executive Health Program include immunizations, eye exams, vascular screenings, colonoscopy, additional X-rays, and massage therapy..
