Cathy Cantor, MD, MBA

In addition to serving the ProMedica Executive Health Program, Dr. Cantor’s practice is located at the Wildwood Medical Center and is an associate medical director of The Toledo Hospital Primary Care Sports Medicine Residency. She also serves as a team physician for Perrysburg High School and The University of Toledo.
Steven Freeman, MD

Roger Kruse, MD

In addition to serving the ProMedica Executive Health Program, Dr. Kruse practices with Wildwood Family Practice and is medical director of The Toledo Hospital Primary Care Sports Medicine Residency. He is an assistant clinical professor for the Michigan State University Campus System Consortium OPTI and director of sports science for the U.S. Figure Skater's Association. Dr. Kruse also has extensive experience as a team physician at the Olympics and is head team physician for The University of Toledo.
Arun Mathur, MD

In addition to serving the ProMedica Executive Health Program, Dr. Mathur has his own practice on the campus of ProMedica Flower Hospital. He also serves as the team physician for the Toledo Mud Hens and The University of Toledo women's soccer team.
