The program, affiliated with The Toledo Hospital and Bixby Medical Center, provides in-home services such as a personal alarm service, weekly medication set up, a health answer phone line, vital sign monitoring and home health aide visits to name a few. Freedom Health provides three levels of assistance, each tailored to deliver the right amount of care you need through our Bronze, Silver and Gold packages. In addition, clients can elect to purchase services separately through our À La Carte Services option.
