128 caissons, large steel supports, have been installed 60 feet deep to support the size of the bed tower

The construction pad is almost 80,000 square feet, 58,000 of which is basement

Six heating, ventilation and air conditioning air handling units capable of blowing 240,000 cubic feet of air per minute

350,800 pounds (177 tons) of galvanized metal to construct the HVAC air distribution and exhaust system
