Being the largest not-for-profit health care provider in northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan, ProMedica Health System is dedicated to taking care of the communities we serve and is committed to providing more than just quality health care to the residents of our 27-county service area. We have always sought ways to reach out and give back to our communities.
Our employees donate thousands of hours of volunteer time. Our hospitals and clinics donate millions of dollars' worth of charity and indigent care. Our physicians and nurses host community health educational seminars, free health screenings and other community-based programs such as routine checkups and immunizations. Our corporate executives organize charitable partnerships with various businesses and organizations throughout the area. Every day, we positively affect the lives of thousands of individuals and families. We take care of these communities because they not only are the communities we serve, but they also are the communities we call home.
