ProMedica Health System provides several types of fully integrated respite care services for your loved one when you can’t be there. Whether assistance is required for a few hours, a couple days or several months, we provide the kind of attention and caring that you normally give.

There are four respite options:

• Private-duty, home-care nurses may be provided for qualifying Ohio patients.
• Patients with dementia, taking multiple medications or with additional care concerns may be referred to Charlotte Stephenson Manor in Adrian, Michigan; or Lake Park in Sylvania, Ohio.
• The Goerlich Center or Lake Park, in Sylvania, Ohio, are recommended for those with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia.
• Charlotte Stephenson Manor can provide care for independent seniors who need minimal assistance.
