Long-Term Care

ProMedica Health System includes several long-term facilities that care for those no longer able to care for themselves due to physical limitations, chronic conditions, disabilities or other changes. 

All units are comfortable and home-like. Our teams strive to meet residents’ physical and social needs through planned activities and socialization opportunities. We encourage as much independence as possible and keep residents informed on current events.
