Arthritis & Osteoporosis
Did you know that women are five times more likely than men to develop osteoporosis? This occurs because women have less bone mass than men.
The Arthritis and Osteoporosis Center at The Toledo Hospital specializes in the latest diagnostic services and treatment for osteoporosis, fibromyalgia and all forms of arthritis. To address your needs, the experienced staff of the Arthritis and Osteoporosis Center includes rheumatologists, occupational therapists and physical therapists.
Treatment at the center is individualized to meet the specific needs of each patient. We feel strongly about educating patients, so we take time to explain procedures and provide educational information. We welcome any questions you may have about arthritis, osteoporosis, risk factors that can be changed and prevention plans.
