Lenawee County Community Health Assessment Survey Results

In the fall of 2011, Lenawee County residents participated in a county-wide health assessment survey. The survey was an important first step in determining the future need for health services and resources in our community. Now, the results are in! The complete Lenawee Health Assessment Report will be available for downloading on April 20. The questionnaires used for the survey can be accessed now by clicking on the links below.

ProMedica Bixby Hospital is proud to be part of Lenawee Health Network (LHN). LHN is a group of community organizations working collaboratively to improve the quality of health in our community through the Rural Health Network Development Planning Grant Program.
