Free Vein Screenings Offered at ProMedica Defiance Regional Hospital
posted on: 02/20/2014DEFIANCE, Ohio, February 19, 2014 – Varicose or Spider veins may be unsightly; but they are also an indication of more serious health problems like blood clots or poor circulation.
Anyone suffering from leg aches, resting leg discomfort, Varicose or Spider Veins, or who has a family history of high blood pressure, heart disease or stroke, can sign up for a free vein screening taking place Saturday, February 22 from 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. at ProMedica Defiance Regional Hospital’s Women’s Center. Interventional Radiologist Dr. Anthony Semaan will be on hand to identify symptoms early and consult on non-invasive treatment options.
