Fostoria Community Hospital Foundation Awards Healthcare Scholarships

ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital Foundation awarded $9,000 in scholarships to 17 local students studying for degrees in health care. The scholarships were awarded on behalf of three scholarship funds administered by the Foundation Board. The funds were established by former Fostoria physicians and their families to encourage students to pursue healthcare careers.

The Foundation’s scholarship program has awarded $83,000 since its inception in 1997.
