We’re staffed by highly-trained certified nurse practitioners and open nights, weekends and holidays – 365 days a year!
Opening January 2015, ProMedica AfterHours will offer a second location at ProMedica Bay Park Hospital in the Professional Office Building, Suite #100.

Hours for AfterHours in Perrysburg will be changing, beginning in January 2015. The new hours will be:
Weekdays: 6:00-11:00 p.m.
Weekends and Holidays: Noon-7:00 p.m.

When is ProMedica AfterHours open?
ProMedica AfterHours is open every day of the year - 6:30 p.m. - 11:30 p.m. on weekdays and 1 p.m. - 8 p.m. on weekends and holidays. You can walk in or call 419-291-0130 to make an appointment.
Who can go to ProMedica AfterHours?
We're open to patients ages 2 years old or older. And, while we work together with ProMedica Physicians, you don't have to be a ProMedica Physicians patient to see us.
Who will care for me at ProMedica AfterHours?
ProMedica AfterHours is staffed by highly-trained, certified nurse practitioners who can diagnose conditions, perform physical assessments and prescribe medication. And, we follow up with your ProMedica Physician to ensure that he or she knows of your visit.
What services are available at ProMedica AfterHours?
AfterHours is an extension of the care you receive from your ProMedica Physician. We are here during nontraditional hours to treat you when you can't see your doctor quickly for conditions like cold, flu, rashes, infections, and sports physicals.

Will ProMedica AfterHours accept my health insurance?
We accept all major health plans, including Paramount Health Care, Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Medical Mutual of Ohio, UnitedHealthcare, and others. Check with your insurance provider to confirm that your insurance is accepted. If you're covered, you'll pay the standard co-pay you pay at your doctor's office.
