  • ProMedica Physicians & Continuum Services is a network of 310 primary care, obstetrics and specialty providers. This network includes ProMedica Physicians Group (PPG) as well as services such as rehabilitation, hospice, home health care, ambulatory care, senior care, radiology, laboratory, and pharmacy.
  • Paramount Health Care is the largest health maintenance organization in northwest Ohio, and it maintains the highest standards of quality in services. Paramount currently holds Excellent Accreditation status from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) for the Ohio Commercial HMO (Paramount Health Care) and Medicare (Paramount Elite) and products.
  • The Academic Health Center is the result of an academic partnership with the University of Toledo. The activities of the Center include research, grants and residency programs, fellowships and clerkships, nursing, pharmacy, allied health, and continuing education.
  • ProMedica Health Network is a premier network of programs, products and services offered in conjunction with the Lake Erie Regional Cooperative (LERC) .LERC members have access to cost savings and benefits that result in enhanced hospital and physician relationships.
