If you are an athlete or work with athletes, you know how determined athletes are in pursuit of their goals. Every athlete wants to perform at his or her peak, whether they play for a high school, college, or a community sports program. Sports Care® is dedicated to keeping athletes playing safely and helping them maximize their performance. At ProMedica Sports Care, we work hard so you can play hard.
Our expert staff can provide your athletes with care tailored specifically to their needs. We can help them learn how to prevent injuries—and when injuries happen, we will be there to help them recover and get back to playing. We’re not just health professionals: many of our staff members are former athletes, so we know how to help them train hard, play hard, and recover efficiently. We understand your athletes’ needs and their desire to perform at their best.
We also know that a variety of factors can affect an athlete’s ability to play: previous injuries, differences in musculoskeletal strength and stamina, personal training techniques, nutrition and mental toughness, as well as diabetes, asthma and other health conditions. Our staff will create a plan of care or therapy for your athletes that takes every physical condition into consideration.
